This hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Hotline details instructions to Agents wishing to be provided with the name of the company or companies reporting the alleged debit balance, including the specific contact person at the reporting company or companies. You may also click the link below to download the “Agent/Agency Information Request Form,” complete it in its entirety (or send a written request containing the information detailed in the form), and mail or fax it to Vector One.

Vector One will respond to written requests within five business days or less.

You have the right to dispute the claim of a debit balance. If you are already aware of the company(s) reporting the alleged debit balance, and wish to dispute, please send Vector One a letter, via mail or fax, outlining the facts of your dispute. Your letter must include your Name, SSN (and/or Tax ID), address and/or fax number, your signature, and the date.

Due to privacy concerns, Vector One cannot return agent calls.
